May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you

First,for who we should apologize ,and why ?
why we make the mistakes and hurt the ones we love,why?
How do you know you made a mistake in the person loves you, knowing that person will not tell you she is angry or upset from you.how?
My faults is selfish ,and my way to apologize is do not leave me b`coz .coz I ...I .. hate you = i mean it in different way

At this time,i talk to her more than one hour she listening to me without any bother of me and she was very nice and gentle .I am Shame of myself b`coz i called her hurtful words like rough , evil and selfish .she doesn`t deserve these words if there is person deserve these word it must be me. I do not want to speak about you and how much to your kindness b`coz i`m sure that will be hard to describe . i just want from you to forgive me about every things it is could hurt you and i want to give these word from my bloods
