اللي انا اخذتها قبل سنتين واللي اتذكره ان الاسايمنت ينقسم قسمين :
القسم الاول :الخطوة الاولى :

في اول تشيك ليست : يتجمع التيم وتقيمون التيم حقكم مع بعض مثلا في اول شئ مكتوب :The team is very productive.
وحاطين التقييم من 1الى 5 عاد انتم تقيمون التيم من 1الى 5 مثلا اخترتم 3 تروحون للي بعده وتقيمون التيم وهكذا الى اخر شئ
الخطوة الثانية :List at Least Five Areas of Team Strength
كل واحد من اعضاء التيم يكتب من عنده اش الاشياء اللي ايجابية في التيم لاحظ كل عضو يكتب لحاله 5 او اقل ..
الخطوة الثالثة :List at Least Two Areas That Can Be Improved
كل عضو يكتب اشياء تحتاج للتحسين في التيم

طبعا في هذا القسم تكتب مقدمة والعمل اللي هوه فوق وكمان تكتب ديسكشن ...

القسم الثاني :انتم مثلا 5 اعضاء في التيم تاخذون واحد واحد مثلا في اول شئ تقيمون العضو الاول عاد انتم الاربعة تقيمون العضو( طبعا لازم العضو اللي تقيمونه يكون مو فيه او يروح اي محل يصرف نفسه علشان ما تحرجونه ) :

اكتب ثلاث اشياء ايجابية في هذا العضو
الخطوة الثالثة :List at Least One Area That Can Be Improved
اكتب شئ سلبي او يحتاج للتطوير في هذا العضو ...
بعدها تكتوب ديسكشن عن هذا العضو ....
وبعدها خلاص خلصتم هذا العضو تروحون للعضو اللي بعده وتسوون نفس الاشياء اللي قبل ....

طبعا هذي الفكرة من هذا الاسايمنت يمكن فيه اشياء ثانية ناسيها ...
