As a recognized member of the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations, IFMSA-Saudi Arabia succeeded to implant its roots in almost every medical academic institute all over the kingdom.
More than 15 medical colleges have been covered all over the country during the past 2 years to be our ultimate source of influence in the community as one of IFMSA-SA's important goals is to make Saudi medical students participating actively and sharing their productive ideas and concerns for the sake of developing a healthy society.
For the past 2 years, IFMSA-SA was occupied by spreading its vision all over the kingdom. Two years of professional marketing and recruiting all the interested medical students to participate in making a positive difference in this community and finally IFMSA-SA succeeded in reaching almost each medical college in the kingdom with a base of more than 1000 medical students.
Now, it is the time to move to the next step and preparing for our 1st national General Assembly in the History of IFMSA-SA.
The GA (General Assembly): is a national gathering of all IFMSA-SA members,volunteers and including all interested medical students. It aims to:
1- Apply a closer look to our organization and the official team who is handling this organization.
2- Track our current issues and try to solve them in previously prepared sessions.
3- Strengthen our members through a time tabled schedule of social skills sessions and management sessions.
4- Apply the IFMSA-SA official election process, which going to be the main theme of this event.
As we are honored to announce such a memorable historical event, Dammam LMO will be more honored and enthusiastic to embrace IFMSA-SA 1st GA that is going to be held in Khoubar city from 4th till 8th of September during the last week of the summer vacation.
This Announcement is just a warm up for our historical gathering, the aim of it is to free your schedule during the time of the GA to honor us and all IFMSA-SA members and volunteers
by your attendance and participation.
The General Assembly Organizing Committee has started preparing for this huge event. Further information will be provided during the upcoming days.
