If you just want the meaning of VIRTUAL ..... it means practical or realistic "When we do not have consultant as a source, dictionary, teacher or hint, what the best way to figure the meaning of the word up." My question is, how do you know the synonym for virtual from the context. You know that the word (virtue) is noun, so adding al to that word means adj

virtue, sth has to do w morality

after adding al it becomes adj, sth relates to another meaning
