أعزائنا المشاركين في برنامج التدريب الصيفي للجامعيين ) ب (،
حيث قارب البرنامج على الانتهاء اليكم بعض النقاط الهامة لإكمال البرنامج،
سوف تستلمون راتب شهر يوليو على حساباتكم البنكية في حال تزويدنا بها. 
سنقوم بإعلامكم في حال عدم تحويل المكافاءة الى الحساب لشرح طريقة الدفع الأخرى. 
سوف ينتهي البرنامج في 13 يوليو 1034 ولمدة 8 أسابيع. يمكن أن تمدد أسبوعين اخرين شريطة 
تقديم مايثبت حاجة التمديد من قبل الجامعة.
في حال رغبتكم بالتمديد، يجب ارسال خطاب الجامعة الى البريد الإلكتروني 

بتاريخ 1 أغسطس يجب عليكم عمل إجراءات إخلاء الطرف ) مرفق النموذج ( 
يجب عليكم إعادة بطاقة أرامكو الى أقرب إدارة للأمن الصناعي وتسليم السكن وختم النموذج وتسليم 
نموذج اخلاء الطرف لمكتب التوظيف وذلك لإستلام الشهادة.

Dear Summer B Participants,
As the program is coming to an end, below are some finalization points:
 You will get the remaining allowance ( July Payment ) to your bank account
if provided.
 We will advise you later if your payment is made by any other means.
 The program ends on July 31st 2014 for 8 weeks. It can be extended 2 more
weeks; August 14th providing a request letter from your university
indicating that your training should be 10 weeks instead of 8 weeks.
 If you want to extend, you need to provide the said letter to

 By Sunday August 3rd, you will be expected to do the clearance. See the
form attached.
 You need to surrender your ID badge to the closest ID Security office, check
out from housing and stamp the form accordingly and submit the clearance
to an employment office to get your certificate of training.
