Pronouns (Pro) may substitute Det+N occupying an NP position.
Pronouns include personal pronouns, indefinite pronouns, demonstrative pronouns, interrogative pronouns, possessive pronouns, and reflexive pronouns.
Personal pronouns differ in form according to their positions in the sentence:

Accusative Pronouns (Objective)

Indefinite pronouns are like some, someone, something, anything, anyone, etc.

Demonstrative pronouns are like this, that these, those, etc

Interrogative pronouns are like who, which, what , whose, etc.
(4) a. Who is coming to dinner?
b. Which is the train to Liverpool?
Possessive pronouns are like mine, yours, hers, ours, yours (plural), and theirs
(5) a. The red book is mine
b. Yours is on the table
Reflexive pronouns are like myself, yourself, herself, himself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, and themselves
(6) a. Ken loves himself
b. The children hurt themselves
