On behalf of the organizing Committees, we have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the 1st IEEE-GCC Students and Young Professionals Congress. IEEE is the world’s largest technical and professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. The student branches of IEEE in the University of Bahrain and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals are collaborating to hold a regional congress in Bahrain. The IEEE GCC Students and Young Professionals Congress is the first of its kind in the Gulf countries, which will take place in the Gulf Convention Center on the 7th and 8th of May, 2017.
The congress attendees will be university students from the GCC, young professionals, and IEEE student members. Supporting this congress is a great opportunity for educational institutions and companies to support and empower the youth, where various workshops and lectures will be held regarding technical issues and soft skills development.
