what on earth is this behavior

good morning.. from the titel I seem very nerves.. well yes I am and sooo mad .. what happend is the bookstore.. all u know we r in begaining of this tearm and everything seems nice till i went to buy my courses books.. I went to ALKWAREZM many times and everytime the empoyee or the agent says come back later till my tutor kicked me out of the class cuz i haven't got the damn book I went there again and he said okay wait here with the badest bahave i ever had in my life ?? I waited for ages without any responding.. because I can't force him to give the book otherwise I won't get it ever, he's the only saler for this book.. anyways, I still looking for this damn book and I am afraid to be kicked again 2day
CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH AN ALTERNATIVE BOOKSTORE SHOP??
