There are many causes of stress some life pressure and financial problems. Life can be very cruel therefore makes you under pressure. Moreover, financial problems can also put you under stress. Therefore, life pressure and fine problems can cause stress.

There are a number of solutions including taking it easy and medicine. Taking it easy means not thinking a lot. However, medicine can also be used. Finally, one should not think a lot and if necessary use medicine.

In conclusion, there are many causes and treatments. I suggest that people do not think a lot about their problems.
