let me to ask you about the answer for a difficult question for me

I know the answer but, I cannot do It and keep it

at all time and every time I thinking more and more.how can i find the answer .

question is :
how you can find the happiness..?

and How to find happiness..?

Iknow all buddy here know the answer but who do it and Works and keeps it.

all poeple have a different way of thinking

some people said the happiness we can found it in love.

and other say he can find in money

other people say it is in the travails .

other people say it is in Self-satisfaction

and many people say it is in Worship of God

I believe the right answer is the last one.
but
who can do it and Enjoying happiness


here I want to see your opinions in this.
