I have a Q confusing me

When we tend to describe a noun with many adjs , what we can do ?a

Shall I put a comma between these adjs or and
or put them following each other without anything

Regarding that

Sometimes I see both cases , but I still not sure about the rule that govern them

Can anyone help me with that
