we do something to harm them back, that's wrong too.
In Arabic, i think لا تزيد الطين بله

It took two to tango the same applies to this one, casual Arabic

it means you can not perform a task without a partner or someone who can be paired with you to hit your goal (yet occasionally with negative connotations).
In Arabic: يد وحده ما تصفق

Since I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I need you to make your mind up and paraphrase the following working. Your Bro. feels blue not having an ability to figure it out. Although you work 24/7, but give your Bro. a helping hand. Success Key really is an eager beaver s.o. / s.t. is like a thirty-year-old Eagle that must shed its weight (feathers) if it wants to live up to be seventy years old, and must sharpen its talons and its beak to soar high into the sky and live up to be a hundred years old. If it (the Eagle) does not do any of the three things, then, it shall die at thirty years Have it out to support your argument; an Arabic common adage MAY ALLAH (SWT) BLESS YOU IN THIS LIFE AND THE NEXT

Paraphrasing:
if you wanna renew your life with great power you've to work hard and take a great dicision as what the eagle do to live and soar high into the sky .

Translation:
ان حياتك تعتمد على "اتخاذ القرار" ...... فمثل حياة النسر اللي اذا وصل ال 30 من عمره توجب عليه الاختيار بين أن يموت أو أن ينتف ريشة و يكسر منقارة حتى يتمكن من العيش لمدة 70 سنة , فأن رغبت العيش لمدة أطول عليك اتخاذ قرارات هامة ,,,,
