In the third line of the first stanza… the speaker gives experience at the past.. and there is a phor that is a mother whose daughter was learning how to first ride a bike. It tells of the mother? fright as the bicycle gains speed and hurries away from her. She is worrisome of her daughter possibly falling and hurting herself. Though, when relating the title to the poem, one can easily see that it is all a phor for when a daughter finally packs up and leaves home. The speed of the bike corresponds to the speed of which children seem to flee from the home and how far away they can seem.
The mother is sad because her daughter leaving home, but at the same time she is happy her daughter is okay in outside the world.

The words show that the mother is a good teacher and take care about her child..she is good mother because she teaches her daughter very well.
"goodbye"The goodbye at the end makes think of acceptance. the mother accepts that her daughter can continue on her own.

Sense of sadness and separation...feeling separation makes the person sad and cry.

The entire poem, even though it's discussing watching the daughter ride away on her bike, is an extended phor about life. Someday, that daughter might ride away to college, or off to a distant land after she marries or finds a career. The purpose of the poem is to show the pride and heartache of a parent as they watch their little one gain a little bit more independence. The parent watches as the little girl gets smaller and smaller (and more distant from the parent), and hopes that they don't hear a resounding "thud" as the little girl hits the ground. Isn't that what every parent does, hold their breath as they watch their children venture out into the world on their own, hoping they will fly instead of fall? I think the theme of the poem is the sadness and pride a parent feels as

The speaker is a mother whose daughter is leaving home for the first time. The mother is remembering back when her daughter was only eight years old. The poem is a phor comparing a bike-riding lesson to the girl leaving home. When the mother was teaching the girl to ride her bike, she was also, in a phorical sense, "taking off" to go on her own. Now that she is leaving home, she is also "taking off" on her own. The mother's sadness now at her leaving is contrasted with her excitement way back when the daughter was only 8 and learned to ride the bike by just going for it. Her daughter's hair on the bike that day was waving in the breeze, like what she now imagines is a handkerchief "waving goodbye" (this is a simile).

The child can't drive the car or plan ,
or the time factor plays an important role in choosing this word ,the daughter gradually moves from one stage to another .the bicycle walk slowly compared to the can that is drove faster than bicycle , that's reflect that the movement of life is coming gradually

Imagery and language ,,
The poet uses the phor in whole poem to convey her message, starting by using a phrase of " to ride a bicycle " to show that the life starts by learning , then she uses a word of " park " when the girl " wobbled away because this word can be symbolic of community and we can see people from all class in it
There is a simile in the last stanza , in this phrase " the fair flapping " the poet tries to say that the girl is waving and saying good bye , also " behind you" means that the girl continues in her way and the movement moves on .
