you are right , but we often use the present simple not the continuous

but if u are discribing a movement or an action that usually takes up long time , u can use the present continuous

like

it's raining

the birds seem singing

and so on

keep in ur mind that

the trees are green
is not in the present continuous

do u know that ?? if u want me to explain it further , i don't mind

المشاركة الأصلية كتبت بواسطة عيون عليا lagend= اساطير من اسطوره yes i know this word but i didn't understnad it at first so if u have certain legends in ur mind that took place in this city so u can say : which has the beautiful legends بالعربي فيها الاساطير الجميله وبعدين تذكرين هذي الاساطير اش هي ترى في الجامعة لازم توثقين كلامك في كل شي but if u just heard that it has beautiful legends and u don't know them u may say : which has beautiful legends بالعربي فيها اساطير جميله وهي الاصح و الله اعلم In fact , I cannot forget that a great country which has advantages of the tourist country (i didn't understand this sentence , could u please explain it further , or say it in Arabic , so i can tell u what to say instead , ok)a. اقصد (أنني لا استطيع نسيان الدوله العظيمه التي تملك كل مميزات الدوله السياحيه)) look , here u use the word tourist andthis word is a noun not adjective سائح u want to say الدوله السياحيه then u can say : the touristic country touristic = adjective so u will say the advantages of the touristic country سؤال: a (the ) beauty of Italy هنا استبدلتيها بال التعريف مع انها الكلمه نكره جمال ايطاليا لا هنا كلمة ( جمال ايطاليا ) معرفة و كنا قد درسنا في اللغة العربية ان التعريف يكون بعدة طرق اما بإضافة ال التعريف او بالاضافة او اسماء العلم هنا جمال إيطاليا معرف بالاضافة فقد حدد الجمال انه لإيطاليا بغض النظر عن ان ال التعريف لم تظهر في اللغة العربية في اللغة الانقليزية يتم التعريف ب the والكثير الكثير من ادوات التعريف الاخرى لكن لو اردتى ان تقولي كلمة جمال بالنكرة هنا لا يمكنك ان تضعي a في البداية لان كلمة جمال من الكلمات المجردة وليس المعنوية وتعامل معاملة الكلمات الغير معدودة مثلاً u can say the milk but u can't say a milk that a great country وهنا اضفتي a مع ان الجمله فيها ال التعريف الدوله العظيمه لا انا لم اضيف هذا الحرف , ارجعي لنصك الاصلي ستجدي انك انتي كتبته وحددته لك باللون الاحمر على انه خطأ لكن ربما كان ينبغي على ان احدده باللون الاصفر ممكن توضحيها وشكرا

U see Ragad , I told u before , people are two types . that's why I don't want to correct randomly for anybody without his permission
I don't want them to be frustrated as u are now , I don't know why are u frustrated ? may be because I'm correcting for u , so when u see the red color in ur text , u feel disappointed
Ok , I'll suggest something
I will correct ur paragraph informally , so that can reduce ur mistakes , if u want
Also , as I told u before try not to make spelling mistakes at all because u r not in the exam , so u can use the dictionary or Microsoft Word to make sure of the spelling
And there is a very important point which is : TRY to adhere to what u know
ألتزمي بالشي اللي تعرفيه
Whether in the grammar or the word usage
How ??a
In the grammar , use only the grammatical rules which u know and use only the simple and continuous present and past tense . Don't use the perfect tense because u may not be capable to use it because it is the most difficult tense for the beginners
In the word usage , when u want to use a new word u have to consult the dictionary to see how they use it and which part of speech it is (adj ,verb, noun …etc) and how they put in a sentence and so on . the advisable dictionary is Oxford Dictionary as a book or http://dictionary.cambridge.org/
As an online website. U know , I always use this online dictionary when I come to correct you all , it's so useful
So don't use the new words randomly

If I remember anything I'll be back to write it for u
