The Japanese word kimono means "something one wears" and they are the traditional garments of Japan

Teamwork

Teamwork is work performed by a team towards a common goal
You should select team members that are smart, supportive, goal oriented, and people that are easy to get along with. This way you can have a team you can get along with and you can accomplish a lot.
There must be a team leader. Team leader is someone who provides guidance, instruction, direction, leadership to a group of other individuals for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
Characteristics that should be in the team leader
Honest dealings, predictable reactions, well-controlled emotions, and an absence of tantrums
Openness means being able to listen to new ideas, even if they do not conform to the usual way of thinking.
Creativity is the ability to think differently, to get outside of the box that constrains solutions.
Fairness means dealing with others consistently and justly.
A sense of humor is vital to relieve tension and boredom and
assertiveness
