Brainiac thanks for advice but unfortunatly i'm not a movie goner .
moog studing english language out the country will cost you alot of money "you can't have your cake and eat it too".so my opinion is you should study the basic of the language here to help your self in the puplic places and explain your feeling and your needs easily .then you can travel out the country and improve your language skills in this case studing the language out the country will cost you less.
