Basic Purpose:

Responsible for diagnosis, care and treatment of patients.

Job Requirements:

Work Experience:

Essential: A licensed physician with advanced training in specialty and minimum of 7 years experience (as per Credentialing and Privileging Committee).

Desirable: Specialized experience and or knowledge in a specialized field would be highly desirable.
