If you are "Unable" to arrive Johannesburg, South Africa due to some difficulties OR reasons best known to you, We both will agree upon immediately to appoint the services of an Accredited Legal Financial Adviser / Expert whom shall be the right person to prepare all the required documentations at the Justice Department, Ministry of finance and the Revenue Services Department for a clearance of these funds into your foreign account in your country.
I will personally proceed to consult with a reliable Legal Expert here to draft out a Memorandum Of Agreement which we shall both sign and go into this transaction as Business Partners in confidence to allow only sincere trust and understanding play the important role through the transaction process and once these total funds $28.5 Million is deposited into your foreign account.
