Definition of Economics:
All economic quesstion arise becouse we want more the we can get

But we have
 Limited time
 Limited incomes we earn
 Price we must pay


We can get as society is limited by our productive resourse

Scarcity
Our inability to satisfay all our needs(wants)

Ex:
Socitey faces scarcity,parrots face scarcity

Bucause the society faces scarcity we must choose between available alternatives

Ex:
The millionaire must choose the golf game or meeting

Socitey we must choose between
A)Health car
B)National defense
c)education

The choices that we make depand on the incentives that we face

Incentives:
Reward that encourages an action or penalty that discourages one


Economics:
The social sience that studies the choices that individuals , businesses , Governments , and all societies make as they cope with scarcity and the incentives that influence those choices.


Economics divides into two main parts

A)Microeconomics
B)Macroeconomics


Microeconomics:
The study of choies the individuals and businsses make , the way these choices interact markets , and influence of governments.

Macroeconomics:
Is the study of the performance of the National economy , and Global economy.
