Step 2: After knowing your reading level, you just need to download the lessons that are the same level with yours. - I'll reply the download links later

Step 3: Listen to the audio lessons, maybe you can read the tran in the PDF file while listening to help you make the most of it. You can listen as many times as you want, until you can understand the lesson fully.

Step 4: Use Supermemo or Keepinhead or a vocabulary memory Tool to collect the new words that you find in these lessons and repeat it to make sure you'll never forget it.
