{Common Syndromes Undermining My Ability}

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, Ramadan Mubarak

Hi all, I would like to share with you some ideas about "phenomena that need diagnosis"

Trust me! I do experience some phenomena nowadays & cause an embarrassment to continue carrying out my duties. Also, they force me into laziness against my will. I need you to help me diagnose them. Although the below questions look silly, they really have meanings in them.

The First Question: Sitting for a long time in "poorly-ventilated area" leading to dizziness? Sometimes I do feel giddy for spending long time studying in closed environment.

The Second Question:IMO ,studying for long hours leading to empty belly, isn't it?
