You've a mistaken idea.... There're no educated Muslims can say that........ our God is Allah

Yahweh is the name of God in the Bible....... for Christians

As a muslim, we just say Allah or God
even if we wanna translate the word
( الله )
we have to write
Allah
or God ( with capital G ) These're the only ways

Look !!! it depends on your writing style
So, if you use numerals for ages and hyphenate, for this case you have NOT add the S like this:
23-year-old

So

using the hyphen = don't add S

e.g

20-year-old
eight-year-old

without hyphen = you have to add S

e.g.
4 years old
