it's a yellow card .... so, the basic meaning for the exact words ...... it doesn't an idiom or an expression

I mean here, Vocabs-Structure-Uncommon Expressions-Common sayings and etc. You know my Muslim Sis. I suffered enough from those who are self-centered. They never help others .
